Overall Rules: (Using A Point System)
1) Teams Are Assigned Initial Point Totals Based On Returning Players

Returning All-Stars From Same Division = A Team (4) B Team (3)
Returning Player From Same Division = 1 Point
All-Stars Moving Up From Lower Division = A Team (3) B Team (2) Worth 3 If Selected In First 2 Rounds
Coach Of Record = 1 Point To The Team Total
- Teams Will Draw From A Hat To Establish A Tiebreak Order. A Tiebrake Is When All Teams Are Tied With The Same Number Of Points And Players.
- All Players Picked In The First 2 Rounds Are Worth 4 Points In Leagues That Have 100 Or More Players. Leagues With Less Than 100 Players, Will Be Accessed 4 Points For The First Round And 3 In The 2 nd. In Round 3 The Players Are Worth 2 Points. In All Subsequent Rounds, The Players Are Worth 1 Point Unless The Player Is An All-Star.
- At The Completion Of The Draft, Managers And Coaches May Trade Non-Returning Players. No Trades Will Be Made After The Draft Is Adjourned.
- All Teams Will Have A Minimum Of 12 Players Unless An Indivdual Division Is Awaiting Late Sign-Ups.
- All Players Are Draftable; Players That Missed Tryouts Will Be Discussed And Graded Before The First Round.
How We Will Start The Draft:
- The Team With The Lowest Point Total And Any Team Within 2 Points Will Select In The First Round.
A) When Teams Are Tied In Point Totals, The Team With The Fewest Players Selects First.
- Running Point Totals Are Kept On All Teams After Each Round. Teams With High Initial Point Totals Will Begin Drafting In The Round In Which They Are Within 2 Points Of The Lowest Team.
- Once A Team Has A Total Of Nine Players, They Will Be Frozen And Will Not Participate In Future Rounds Until All Teams Have 9 Players.
- There Will Be A Limit Of 8 Same Age Players On Each Team Unless This Can Not Be Avoided In The Draft.
- After All Teams Are Within 2 Points And Have Completed 2 Rounds, The Draft Order Will Reverse For The Duration Of The Draft.
